Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the positive and negative changes and issues relevant to the VAR system in the field from the perspectives of K-league referees. To that end, the Q methodology was applied. Data was collected with literature reviews of previous studies, Soccer Association’s materials and media reports and in-depth interviews with 65 K-league referees. The collected data was analyzed with the QUANL 1.2 PC program. The analysis highlighted the following. First, the K-league referees showed three types of perspectives on the VAR system: ‘pursuit of fairness and peace of mind’, ‘burden aggravated by technical glitches’ and ‘concerns over lack of standardization.’ The first type (positive perception) of referees noted the positive effects of VAR system on the credibility and fairness of their decisions acceptable to players, leaders and fans. The second type (negative perception of VAR system) of referees felt their burden aggravated by technical glitches of VAR devices, leading to wrong decisions in games which in turn would affect their performance assessment. The third type (realistic perception) of referees found it crucial to provide highquality VAR system training and experience programs for more standardized and credible inter-referee decisions. Notably, all the foregoing three types of referees showed a positive perception about VAR system in terms of fairer and more credible decisions acceptable to players, leaders and fans and less psychological burden of correcting any misjudgments, and agreed on the lack of standardization resulting in conflicting views and interpretations of VAR-based decisions among referees.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the trends in domestic sports science research on the theme of “sedentary behavior” by conducting text mining on keywords from relevant studies published in Korea from 2003 to August 2023. The research method involved using the research databases RISS, KISS, and KCI, limiting the search to the field of sports science, and setting the main keyword as “sedentary behavior”. Through a literature selection process, a total of 68 studies were finally selected. Based on the keywords of these 68 selected studies, word cloud analysis and network analysis were conducted using the tm package and sna package of the R version 4.0.5 program. The research results revealed the following: Firstly, in the word cloud analysis of keywords related to sedentary behavior, terms such as “sedentary”, “physical”, “behavior”, “activity” and “volleyball” appeared prominently. Secondly, in the analysis of centrality of keywords related to sedentary behavior, the word “pattern” had the highest centrality, followed by “time”, “guideline”, “behavior” and others. The centrality analysis of keywords related to physical activity showed that terms like “activity”, “continuation”, “passion” and “examination” had high centrality. Thirdly, the network analysis of keywords related to sedentary behavior indicated the formation of clusters, where sedentary behavior formed clusters with function, time, cognition, and the elderly. Time was associated with movement, and movement formed clusters with behavior, activity, and the body. Additionally, physical activity was related to women and obesity, with women forming clusters with obesity. Based on these research findings, it can be inferred that in the field of domestic sports science, studies on sedentary behavior, including sedentary lifestyle, sedentary time, sedentary volleyball, and physical activity, are predominant. Therefore, it is suggested that future research not only proposes physical activity but also provides guidelines for adopting a proper sedentary lifestyle in line with the trend of sedentary living.

Abstract
In this study, middle and high school students practicing Taekwondo at the daily recreational level (13 males: 17.0±2yrs, 171.4±7.4cm,, 72.1±17.8kg, 22.2±7.6%Fat, 8 females: 17.0±2yrs, 163.7±6.9cm, 58.6±6.4kg, 29.3±4.8%Fat) were recruited to investigate the effects of self-myofascial release (SMFR) and dynamic stretching (DS) warm-up exercises in terms of flexibility, quickness, and agility. The effect of SMFR was confirmed by first applying a foam roller to each subject for about 30 seconds, and the effect was confirmed after applying DS as a warm-up exercise. As a result, the effects of DS and SMFR were significantly increased as the flexibility of ankles, knees, and hip joints increased from pre to post(p<.01), and agility confirmed by vertical jump also increased from pre to post for both treatments(p<.01). Additionally, the effect of both treatments on agility confirmed by side steps was increase for pre-to-post comparison (p<.01). However, as a result of comparing the pre-post difference values of the two treatments, no significant difference could be confirmed. Therefore, the results of this study were able to draw the following conclusions. First, as a result of applying DS and SMFR to youth Taekwondo trainees, the two treatment effects were confirmed in flexibility, agility, and agility, so it is believed that they can be sufficiently applied in the form of warm-up exercises in the field according to the characteristics of DS and SMFR. Second, the results of comparing the effects of DS and those of SMFR in terms of flexibility, agility, and agility showed no differences, so SMFR is not better than DS, but shows similar effects, so it can be fully applied as an alternative to DS warm-up exercises.

Abstract
The ultimate purpose of this study is to measure the effect of brand exposure and psychological reactions on A-board advertising scientifically and objectively through a psycho-physiological approach in order to overcome the limitations of existing sponsorship related research. Specifically, we investigated how pleasure, arousal, and visual attention to the A-board advertising could affect the brand recognition of A-board advertising while watching sport games. Further, we examine which level of arousal effectively affects to the memory of A-board advertisements. Also, we tested whether viewers’ team involvement had a moderating effect on the relationship between pleasure, arousal and visual attention and brand memory. For the study, experiments and questionnaires were conducted, and the final data of 62 samples were analyzed through multiple regression analysis, one-way ANOVA, and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the pleasure and arousal induced while watching sports games affected brand recognition. However visual attention to the A-board was not statistically significant to brand recognition. In addition, it was found that a moderate level of arousal was the most effective level in brand recognition rather than when arousal was too high or too low. Lastly, team involvement moderated the relationship between pleasure and brand recognition. The results of this study can provide psycho-physiological insight into sports consumer behavior. Also, it provides empirical data on stadium A-board advertising which is difficult to verify contributing to effective advertising strategies for sport companies.

The purpose of this study was to determine the kinetics of heart rate recovery, lactate recovery, ventilatory volume recovery, and oxygen uptake recovery immediately after cardiorespiratory endurance testing in Cross-country (Cross) and Biathlon (Bi) athletes and to evaluate cardiorespiratory capacity by comparing the two sports. Out of 23 male and female national cross and bi athletes, 9 Cross (5 men, 4 women) and 14 Bi (7 men, 7 women) athletes used the KISS running protocol with a fixed incline (5% for women and 6% for men) and a starting speed of 5.4 m/s. The graded exercise test (GXT) was performed by increasing the speed by 1.2 m/s every 2 minutes until all-out (AO), when the subject could no longer perform the test, and oxygen consumption (VO2), heart rate (HR), ventilation (VE), lactic acid (Lac), and recovery rate were measured to observe physical changes. The results showed that both Cross and Bi athletes recovered the fastest in the 2-minute recovery period, with VE, HR and VO2 uptake, but there were no significant differences between the two sports. In the female and male athletes, VE, HR, and VO2 all recovered rapidly in the 2-minute recovery period after the exercise test, as did the total group, but there were no differences between the sports. In conclusion, although there were no significant differences between the two sports, it appears that an increase in maximal oxygen uptake and a corresponding increase in heart rate and lactate within 2 minutes is required to compete with world-class athletes.

Abstract
This study is focused on the away game in Japan by the Japanese colonial era Chosun football team. Until now, research on Chosun football during the colonial era has been conducted in various fields, but there are still some unknowns about the Chosun football team that left the away game in Japan. This study analyzed the activities of the Chosun football team in < THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND ATHLETICS >, a comprehensive sports magazine published by the Japan Society of Physical Education, and summarized and summarized various aspects of the Chosun football team’s away game in Japan, which had not been clearly organized. As a result, influenced Japanese football community by winning the national secondary school soccer tournament in the 20s and the all-Japan football championship and Meiji Shrine tournament in the 30s. In particular, the Chosun football team highly evaluated for its ball control, unique fighting, and fast sprint. However, it is regrettable that it was possible because the team that participated at the time participated in the game, including players from other teams with good skills. It was confirmed that Chosun football during the colonial era was always considered a strong team in Japan, and no matter which team participated in various Japanese competitions, it was highly regarded and respected.

Abstract
This study aimed to develop a elementary survival swimming curriculum. For this purpose, 8 elementary education professionals with pedagogical expertise and 12 survival swimming experts with related practical skills were commissioned to conduct a Delphi survey with a total of 20 participants. At the same time, to ensure the validity of the study by reviewing the results of the Delphi survey and analyzing the descriptive responses, four experts were appointed to conduct an FGI. The Delphi survey (3rd) and FGI (six times) were alternated to verify the appropriateness of the educational goals, activities, and evaluation contents. First, the objectives of elementary survival swimming education were established based on the results of a document analysis conducted in the preliminary stage. Based on this, first, a total of three educational objectives were derived in three areas: water safety, swimming skills, and lifesaving. Second, a total of nine learning topics were conceptualized: two in the water safety area, five in the swimming skills area, and two in the lifesaving area. A total of 60 activities were derived: 20 learning topics for grades 1-2 (group), 20 for grades 3-4 (group), and 20 for grades 5-6 (group). Third, a total of 30 evaluation indicators, including 12 water safety areas, 12 swimming skills areas, 6 lifesaving areas, were finally agreed to develop an elementary survival swimming curriculum that attempted to unify educational objectives-activities-assessment.
